caring staff, great location close to all the restaurants and stores and food store and even a nail salon all at walking distance and walking distance outlets close by border. good choice of food options not too far away from the venue.

Disappointing Cleanliness and Service

The room was dirty upon arrival, with no one available to help clean or switch rooms. We ended up having to clean it ourselves, unacceptable after a long day.

The room was initially disappointing. It had not been cleaned properly upon arrival. Dead roaches on the floor made me uneasy. The AC wasn't on. The bed felt terrible, with box springs jabbing into our backs. I appreciated the convenience of having clean sheets provided. The location was decent, near places we wanted to visit. I liked that the check-in was quick and the guy at the front desk was helpful. Unfortunately, I won't be returning due to the cleanliness issues and the overall discomfort of the room.

The overall vibe was cozy, and it definitely exceeded what i expected from my previous visit. We found ourselves enjoying the evening more than anticipated.

Unfortunately, upon entering the room, I discovered it was not clean, which required me to change the sheets myself, detracting from my comfort. The furniture felt quite worn and outdated. While I appreciated the outdoor pool for relaxation, the noise level outside at night was quite disruptive, particularly with loud guests lingering near the rooms.
